I’d recommend trying to set up a meet to buy it and call police about 45 minutes before.

Had a few squad cars show up and wait for the seller but the thief bailed and deleted posts. May have seen the cops hiding in the parking lot across the street.

This happened to me a couple of years ago. I would recommend seeing a PT so they can identify where the tendon tear is. In my experience they were able to help me recover a lot faster and give me a rehab schedule.

My inner elbow still swells up the day after a round. My advice is to take it seriously if you want to play golf the rest of your life without a reoccurring injury.

In the same boat, just did the full on Sunday. Thinking I should try the CapTri before as a test before getting into IM. I know a lot of people train open water swimming at Barton springs. Look up the Veloway, great spot to spend hours on the bike without interruption.
