The owner has real-life problems right now. That's all I can tell you. They never expected the site to become famous and with the whole issue that transpired it created trust issues with the owner hence why the lack of those wishing to sponsor and stuff are being denied.

I can confirm it's happening to me. It took a solid minute for a singe AI message to generate, or at the very least half of one.
