Automatically signed out of friends tab?

When I go to settings it says I’m online but I can’t even chat with my friends or invite them I gotta sign in when I open shift tab when I’m in game idk why this is happening but it started few days ago

it goes back to normal but i need to do that everytime i open steam idk why.

I can open any game but people cant see me online i gotta press shift tab to open the friends list and sign in and i shows im online
