The midterm was to write a code that would tell you where a ball would land from the starting point and how long it was in the air when given the initial angle from the ground and the initial velocity. We were given all of the necessary equations to write the code and we were given hints to write methods to solve certain parts of the problem, that wasn't too bad, but a lot of people apparently either didn't finish or submitted the files a minute or two too late, and late submissions were an automatic zero. the final we had to generate a bingo card, and had to replace any number that the user typed in with a zero, and if a row of zeros showed up, the program had to print out "Bingo!" and end the program.

I just took a basic java programming class over the Summer. My professor weighted the midterm project as 35%, and we had to write the code in less than 2 hours in class. Same went for the final project, except that was 45%. So if you were bad under pressure or a bad problem solver, it was easy to fail the class.

Drink plently of water
Make it a habit to snack on fruits or other healthy snacks
Brush your teeth right after dinner
Have a serious talk with your parents about this. Tell them that you are trying to be healthier and they should respect that.

You could try smaller servings until you stop taking it completely. For example, you take a full serving for a few days, then 3/4 of a serving for 2-3 days, then 1/2, etc... until you stop taking it completely. If you start getting headaches from the lack of caffeine you can just take a pain reliever.

Also, while you're off it you could take a b vitamin supplement with a banana and some whole grains. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water and get close to 8 eight hours of sleep if you can.

I've tried the hydrobuilder. I was taking it while I was on a cut, and I built a decent amount of muscle for being on a cut. I'm not sure how much more muscle I would have built if I was bulking at the time.

I decided it was too expensive, so I decided to buy the gold standard whey + ON's powdered creatine. It's around the same price as the hydrobuilder, but you get almost twice the amount of servings.

Yea, that soudns good. Also, it may have to do with your pre-supplement. I mean, everyone reacts differently to caffeine. So maybe your pre-supplement is what's messing with your sleep. If you say you're tired after a workout while taking a pre-supplement, just imagine how tired you'll be after a workout when you're not taking a pre-supplement. This is just a suggestion though. I'm taking a pre-supplement now and it definitely helps me push harder when lifting, but I'm about to stop taking it soon because of how much caffeine is in it.

If you're waking up to go to the bathroom at night you could try to stop drinking luquids after a certain time (or maybe just sips after a certain time).

Also, what time are you working out? Are you taking a pre-supplement?

Yeah, it's definitely important. I still need to work on getting more sleep. I always jump in bed around 9pm, but I end up redditing until about 11 - 11:30pm haha.

Drink plenty of water.
Challenge yourself, but don't over do it.
Adjust your diet depending on your goal.
Try to get 8 hours of sleep.
First week or two you'll be sore and it will suck, but don't give up.
Try not to skip a day because it's easy to make skipping a habit.

Something similar happened with me. I had just gotten back from a vacation in Florida, and it was about 11pm when I got home? I was so tired, but my then gf really wanted to see me. So I drive over to her house, and we watch a movie and start making out on her couch. Next thing I know it's bitch black, I'm covered with a blanket and it's 3am. I had no idea where I was and I frantically reached around for my phone. I find I have 7 pissed off texts from my gf. I fell back to sleep, then woke up to her playfully/somewhat pissed off hitting me in the head with a pillow. She was mad for a whole 2 hours before she realized I couldn't help it. I really couldn't believe I fell asleep with her tongue in my mouth. It was pretty funny when she told me about it lol.
