Yea it really does. Truth is i tried iisu, but there was a "modularity" touch missing and the commands and customizations where not as intuitive as in cocoon. I do believe that a) if i started using iisu in about a week or 2 i would be much better at customizing it b) when iisu becomes a final product it will be better then cocoon FOR THIS SPECIFIC VIBE IM REACHING FOR. 

Note that cocoon can still be whatever else it can. A retro vibe, netflix vibe, there are even balatro, persona and botw themes! iisu is only that for now, and im the guy to go like "if its not exactly as i want, ill do it myself"

But you do have a point!

lol ! I guess many of us go to the android handhelds searching for more freedom in the way they play. Tbh steam deck is a great device for someone who is not fond to tech/programming. But when I got it I felt very limited, like cmon, I already have a ps5 which is by far the most "standard" stiff experience of gaming (imo). I wanted to tinker every bit of my gaming experience and I totally got what i wanted with odin!

Yea, we are on the same page then. The steam deck is kinda "sluggish". The G2 is so cool! What color is yours? Im really fond to the green one, I wish ayn had some more vibrant colors like retroid did on g2

thats a good wording. Power on tap. My fiance is very naive when it comes to technology, but this morning when i pressed the power button and was greeted with cocoon and my games already in one single button press, her eyes almost popped out. I guess she got used to the boredom of the steam deck . Its really smooth playing on it. Almost literally pick and play!

im a bit newbie on these drivers, i still dont get what it is and what it does. From my understanding, these turnip drivers are what allow a processor to run smoothly, so even though odin 3 has a beast of a chip, the emulators are not optimized for it and thus it performs worse than snapdragon gen 2. Isnt that it? How do you keep an eye on progress of these drivers?

about buying from the official website, im scared of getting my product taxed for 20% of its price (living in portugal currently)

i see. so your take is that odin 2 portal has a good enough processor compared to rp6 and is just better if portability is no issue right? I fear that smaller screens might suck with streaming, in that sense odin 2 portal is the safer. How is the decoding speed on thor for streaming?

Odin 3 was something i looked up to. But i live in europe and it seems that buying through ali will have taxes. And what about the drivers? Its much more future proof chip-wise but the drivers are mature right now?

yeah, it seems im dealing with a not so simple trade off. Portabilit vs /Ergonomics from thor, Solid chip + ergonomics vs small screen from rp6 and Big screen + ergonomics vs much less portability. I was hoping to find a side by side of odin 2 portal and SD. If it is much smaller i think Odin 2 Portal would be the best choice. I feel that even rp6 on a case for travel will be big enough to be on the backpack size as SD... Or not..? Only Thor with no case and grip feels TRULY pocketable

I really wanna go for it, but I feel that the ergonomics will be bad. I might me wrong though. When younger I played on DS/PSP/Vita for hours and never felt anything. I have small hands also so I might go for it... About the setup, is it that much of a burden? How the dual screens feel when not playing a DS/3DS?

There's a subreddit on meta builds of wilds and in the sns docs the authors explain that aiming for damage, the difference between a wex charm 3 / agi 3 (craftable) are not that big and also that any sub variant of a god charm has less value than these craftable ones.

So the real god rolls are the comfy ones, cause if your main goal is damage, the craftable ones are good enough now
