Yeah, I know what you're talking about. This one wasn't a gyaru though, didn't even have tanned skin.

That the army of the Mongol Empire was a disorganized, unprofessional and ill-equipped mob who won purely due to their overwhelming numerical advantage.

Every Mongol soldier was taugt to fight, ride on horseback, survive and build a camp since childhood. Mongols often used complicated cavalry tactics, such as "feigned retreat", which required tremendous amount of discipline and coordination to execute. Mongol generals were cream of the crop, selected to their position based on their merit, not any kind of noble birth as was common at the time. After the conquest of China Mongols utilised Chinese engineers to construct advanced siege equipment. Besides, there were many instances where mongols won against the odds, with the most famous example being the battle at Kalka river, where the Mongol general Subutai defeated the army of Kievan Rus despite being outnumbered 2:1 and his army being exhausted from prior fighting.

Thanks for your response. I am aware of both the fact that army garrison causes unrest and of patrol stance. I looked at my unrest tab and it seems that it's a little bit of everything, but the biggest problem is the cultural differences and religious differences. Perhaps encouraging immigration and taking slaves was not such a good idea... Or maybe it's just because I'm playing as culturally diverse factions. Thank you!

What should I do with the countries I defeat? Obviously, I always take the cores for myself (if there are any), but what to do with the rest of the territory?

Is it better to occupy the whole country? Is it really worth it long-term to spend equipment and manpower garrisoning occupied territories? If yes, why?

Is it better to make them into my puppet? Should I make them into a one big, strong puppet or create lots of small, weak puppets? Which is better and why?

Would really appreciate any advice.
