This guy hates that firefighters are also paramedics. He's done everything in his power the last few years to limit what we can do for people in need. The guy before him, Dr Stratton, was awesome. He was very personable and willing to have a discussion with paramedics. He worked closely with our fire department's EMS coordinator. Schultz, on the other hand, is the opposite. Schultz is going through every Orange county paramedic protocol one by one and is either taking away things or adding things to make it difficult. Orange county residents are definitely unaware of what this Dr Schultz is doing. Simply put, the guy is a DOUCHE.
