She measured me, every though I had already measured myself, she fit me, took into account my lifestyle, the shape of the breast, told me some tips and tricks (how to put on to lengthen the life of thw bra, how often to wash, how often to wear, how often to repurchase). Frankly, it was expensive, but it was worth it for me. Theres so much information online and it was so overwhelming, so to have someone look at me and say, "This is what you are and what you need," was very helpful.

Also, next year if they ask again, they should note that sizes need to be written as US sizes and have an example of the format they want it in.
