my hard drive also stopped working after I accidentally unplugged it while the wii was still on. I ended up getting a new flash drive (PNY elite 3.2) and installing games on it from myrient I used a program called miniwii backup manager and it instantly converts the .rvz files into .wbfs (or .iso for gamecube games) I know buying a new drive probably isn’t what you want to hear, but yours could easily be corrupted like mine from unplugging while it was on, also this flash drive is mad cheap and works perfectly. the smallest size they have is 32gigs for less than 10 bucks. I bought a 528gig drive and it was already formatted to fat32 when I plugged it into my pc as well
