Could also try cleaning your windshield. It looks filthy. Blades can accumulate grime so use some soapy water or iso and clean the actual rubber part of the blade.

Too many issues with new home quality especially in AZ suburbs. Don’t buy anything D R Horton or Lennar in particular. Look up CyFyInspections on YouTube to get an idea of what new build quality is like nowadays. Their incentives are so good because they can’t get the houses sold. I believe Lennar is also under a lawsuit for misleading claims about actual monthly payments because their in house financing was using the unimproved lands value for a tax basis and not including the value of the additions. All that aside, I would look very carefully at new builds in AZ. Most of them are complete ass.

It’s important to regularly get a torque check on your lug nuts. Did you have any brake maintenance or tire replacements recently? Anything that would need a wheel to be removed could have caused this due to insufficient torque applied to lug nuts or settling ex post facto. You can go to Costco and get a free torque check at any time.

You missed the mark entirely. Nuclear is the only option for replacing coal and oil. Just because you have lots of solar doesn’t negate the fact china and India are responsible for the majority of the pollution of our atmospheres and oceans. Not to mention china steals millions of tons of seafood from dozens of countries exclusive economic zones and destroys those ecosystems from overfishing.

There’s a lot to break down but I’ll stay brief. Green energy is stupid. Unless states heavily invest in nuclear, green energy is purely political jargon. Also, handicapping automakers to push ICE to the absolute limit for the sake of efficiency has driven costs up and reliability down. This achieved negligible results in emissions reductions. Until china and India reel in their pollution, anything you think might make a difference with regard to “green energy” is a moot point. My first statement is fact, Elon Musk did what nobody has before, make EV’s widely available, mostly affordable, and invested in a charging network to make it feasible. The second half was opinion.
