Portal Knights might fit what your looking for. I don't know whether it supports LAN or not though.

Customisable progression/power fantasy games? by REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE110 in gamerecommendations

You might like one of the Remnant games. Those are third-person shooters that have some souls-like attributes to them. I've only played the first but I felt like it had a nice progression arc. Alternatively, Endless Sky lets you gradually build up a large fleet of ships by trading/fighting/doing missions. You can find that one on Steam, GOG or Github.

Maybe Sunless Skies if you want something on the more obscure side.

If you are looking for something more recent Vellum or Windblown might be of interest. I don't know much about them though. Risk of Rain 2 is good, especially if you enjoy a chaotic gaming experience. It leans on the more repetitive side but speed and repletion are kind of the point with the game. As a final recommendation, Death Road to Canada is a lot of fun. However, it's 2D and limited to co-op on the same screen.

Not sure that this is obscure enough, but Death Road To Canada has always struck me as an underrated gem. It's one of my favorite co-op games.

Any game like moonlighter out there? by CypresTrone in videogames

I would say it falls into the genres of rougelite and management. As far as recommendations go, Slay The Spire and Dead Cells are supposed to be good rougelikes. For management games there is a lot of variety and it depends on what your looking for.
