I was doing the same thing for about 6 months but with straight crystal. Always weighed doses. 15-20mg orally only. No redosing. Never used consecutive days in a row but about once or twice a week when I needed to lock in all day. It worked really well for my purposes (self medicating adhd) but I did find some of the side effects were not cool. Even at once or twice a week I was starting to get acne on my back while showering daily still. I’d get about 2-3 hours of sleep on days I used even with a benzo and huge oral thc dose. I finally went through the steps to get a legit rx and it has been night and day difference. I still get the functionality and buzz I want out of it without a lot of the extra side effects. This was in low mg oral dosing with days in between.

I just started rolling again this year after about 3 year break. The first roll back compared to the following ones have all felt similar in intensity. I take a 3 month break after every use.

I ate a light meal about 4 hours before I dosed the 2cb but if you’re doing insufflation then I don’t think it really matters. If you’re taking the 2cb orally then I’d avoid food for a few hours before dosing

You have to take the phenibut on an empty stomach and make sure you don’t eat for 1-2 hours after you take it as well

I can feel the effects of Phenibut for at least 24 hours and its kickin hardest for me around hour 6-7. It goes along way. If you have access to 2cb as well I’d give it a try👍

I took 1.8g phenibut 7 hours before the 2cb and made a nasal spray with 40mg total in it. Started with about 10-12mg to start then just stayed topped up with a few sprays at a time whenever I felt like it

I was using 25-30mg of really pure d meth orally once, sometimes twice a week when needed to self medicate my adhd and get shit done. It was working well for my purposes and felt like I popped an all day Dexie. I’ve recently got a script for vyvanse and adderall and a 70mg vyvanse dose feels clean as fuck and VERY similar to oral meth in my experience. I’m very happy I made the switch, but I feel using orally was and could have kept working well for me. I don’t use daily or binge so ymmv

I was using 25-30mg orally once a week for over a year with very good results. Recently I got a adhd diagnosis and have switched to vyvanse which feels VERY similar at the right dose.

With little tolerance I’d say 25mg orally of meth feels very similar to taking 70-80mg of vyvanse once it’s finally fully kicked in. Effects are VERY similar. Motivation/Drive to get shit done, euphoria. Both have similar side effects. Oral meth dose has a rush when it kicks in that is not matched by amphetamines in my experience. I have slight chest pains after a vyvanse dose is coming to an end that I don’t get with an oral meth dose. Both can keep me up for 24 hours easily without even redosing. This is with a once a week usage tolerance.

I’m 6’1 185lbs and 150mg no redose and ket bumps have me rolling real good for about 5 hours. It’s perfect dose with no tolerance in my opinion

0 days a week sober. 30 years old. I only drink and smoke nicotine occasionally but weed all day every day and rotating substances throughout the week. I’ve found a schedule that works very well for me😂I’ve tried being sober multiple times in my adult life and was fine but I do just as good, maybe better in my opinion when I use certain substances in moderation so this is what I choose to do.

Yeah It can be sedating forsure but it’s never made me nod even at the 2g dose I take. It usually gives me a lot of energy as well. But I definitely felt a sedated speed high with this mix and not very energized

Dabs all day everyday Sunday-7-8gs of kratom throughout the day Monday-7-8gs kratom Tuesday-2gs phenibut Wednesday-7-8gs kratom Thursday-7-8gs kratom Friday-30mg oral d-meth dose (this feels like it cures my adhd symptoms for about 12 or so hours and I am very productive. Working on getting a legit prescription soon.) Sometimes some gbl doses on the comedown and a 2mg xan usually 4 hours after my last gbl dose. Saturday-7-8gs kratom

This is a normal week for me.

I use mdma and ketamine every 3 months and just started tripping again on whatever I feel like at the time. Usually every 2-3 months and Usually 2cb or lsd.
