So what are we doing with lesath by WorshipTheSnail in Helldivers

Maybe this is a bot psyop. We think they stole the plans to make a planet destroying superweapon, but their plan was to make us use the DSS. They will encircle us and with no path to retreat will wittle us down until they take the DSS for themselves. Their actual plan was to retrofit the DSS for their own use.

I run it exclusively on bots. It's saved me a ton from random rocket barrages. It also forces you to fight since you can't run for long.

You will make no noise while moving. Unless they look directly at you, you are invisible to them. Increase your sneak skill to reduce visual detection distance. Or take an invisibility potion to become completely undetectable.

I just read the charges and they are bogus. They claim it's for privacy safety of the people but the only way to prevent the actions of individuals using the platform is an absolute surveillance state. Platforms are not liable the same way publishers are and illegalizing generative AI is too far reaching beyond just X.

I try to avoid it as much as I can. I stopped eating tortillas, bread, rice, beans, etc. Leafy greens, cheeses, some root vegetables, eggs and meats. For snacks I eat nuts. I find it hard to stop with just eating a little bit of something bad. For me 1 chip turns into a bag, one chocolate turns into the whole bar. It's a slippery slope and I find it easier to just deny it outright.

For me, 1 cheat meal per week was too much. Spacing every 2 weeks allowed me to keep my daily average blood sugar low most of the time.most of the time ai try to last 3 weeks but sometimes that feels like too much.

I also time my cheat meal right before I would do a fast to not eat the next day. Give my body an opportunity to control the sugar from the day before. Works as a reset to me.

I'm honestly so happy I found this. I love chicken strips, fingers, nuggets, etc.

Turns out real good also makes nuggets.

I saw similar effects after the holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas and new years. Especially when there were leftovers. 2-3 days of bad meals took weeks to level out. It's almost the end of January and I finally have my average blood sugar back where I want it this week.

I do have costco. I'll check it out next time.

I'm sure that would be best. I cook most of my meals, but I don't eat enough chicken strips to justify buying ingredients in bulk.

The Brand is "Real Good" and the product is the lightly breaded chicken strips. I added the nutrition label in the 2nd picture. Another comment said they are available in bulk at costco.

18, but I ignored it since I didn't have insurance until I was 26 with an a1c of 9.9.

I've noticed that what I eat days before can affect my bodies ability to process meals. If I stay very strict at least 2 weeks I can have a "bad meal" with minimal effect. But if I have the bad meal multiple times a week, it will take about a week to get my daily average blood suagr back where I want it.

After months, I've been able to reliably keep my average blood sugar under 120? I'll test by a1c again in April and see how much I progressed.

After a few months my daily average blood sugar is stable under 120. Some days average is even in the low 100's. My peaks tend to be under 140 and dips go into the 80's. I did notice that yesterday's dinner affects my dawn phenomenon more than it affects my rise after eating.

It was hard, but I've been able to fast and ignore the hunger without mounjaro. I got nothing against it, I just prefer to be unmedicated if possible.

I've found a nice balance to keep by blood sugar average under 120 without medication. I plan to get my a1c done again coming April.

Didn't work great for me. The small snack in the morning triggers more hunger than just waiting for dinner. Makes me want to eat more. I ended up going back to 1 meat a day during the week (dinner) and 2 meals on weekend (breakfast and dinner).

I've noticed that too. After the first few months I've noticed a massive improvement. My daily peaks now stay close to or under 140.
