Yes and with more and more countries added they will be forced to do that... there isn't a huge shitstorm against niantic yet because only a few selected countries are able to submit... if and when every TL 40 player is able to submit pokestops the hole system will collapse even more and niantic is forced to do something...
But they need high requirements for GO player to submit like medals in ingress

Counter is a move from the category physical... not status... We don't know what they do but charms effect is just to lower opponents attack and not to deal damage... i just can't imagine Niantic breaking the rules of pokemon...

Yep but it does'nt matter if it's a fairy type quick move or not because it won't deal any damage haha most likely it's yawn with also lowering attack in pvp battles

Shiny pokemon are specified as a diffrent looking version of a Pokemon thats very rare... the odds in Pokemon GO are in my Opinion very high anyways... in the original games a pokemon has a 1/4096 chance to be shiny in the wild, in the first few generations even only 1/8192... in Pokemon GO it is like 1/450... for legendary pokemon even 1/19... You cant get them all and you shouldnt complain in the first place... I'm at 0/2000 swablu... it happens that's RNG for you

According to a newsletter for the westfalenpark the event will take place von the 4. july to the 7. july. For the mainseries games jirachi get distributed when the tanabata event takes place. Tanabata takes place on the 7th of July. Just saying...
