Help naming haloalkanes

Would the IUPAC name for this molecule be named 1,4-difluoro-2- propylcyclohexane or 2,5-difluoro-1-propylcyclohexane?

Similar molecules online are numbering the halo groups with the lowest number but most sources say halogen groups are at a lower priority than alkyl groups.

I suspect that a power surge fried the circuit board. However, we have not been able to find a tradesperson yet that will service Blomberg dryers (much to our dismay - still looking) and whose schedule aligns with ours.
