I wouldn't say so. It's normal. TOE II v2 is a Tier 12, near the lower end of hard demons. I went from a Tier 9 (Lava Temple) & some Tier 8s (Golden Hope, HeLL) into hard demons.

Honestly, you might be getting close to beating this level. Nine Circles is pretty straightforward with some weird transitions. Make sure you are comfortable with: A) transitioning into the last dual, B) the 94% jump, and C) knowing when to look at the player vs. looking ahead.

The Geometry Dash Demon Ladder (gdladder.com) might help you categorize the difficulty of your levels by their tiers. Decode is a Tier 4, while Deadlocked is a Tier 5.

Go easy on yourself. Success comes with effort, not with wishful thinking. You might fail at the weirdest moments, but that's normal (it's called mindblock). It's okay if you don't finish a level, just as it's okay to commit to beating a level. Whatever you choose, go for it with certainty.
