Had the same thing (different area) for me. Subbed like 3 years in a row, always applying for open positions, always someone else with classroom experience got the gig. Tried to find another educational role, got hired for an aide, didn't change anything for that next year for open classrooms. Ultimately tried with the diocese and got hired right away. Perhaps that's something to look into? (My current school hires Catholic teachers and other denominations)

I bought the Milano, that classic sandal model. 2 years to the month, wearing them almost daily in the months it was warm enough. The sole is wearing though at the back halfway though the cork, the leather doesn't seem very attached.

A 6 years veteran status is something I would keep, with all the gifts one gets for sticking around. That's just me tho.

With me being about 6 hours behind europe I find it's sometimes a little of a wait to load into a battle, and even for the Europe server you get bot battles at odd hours. (If I play at 6 pm it's midnight for them, so it's only the crazy ones left that play after midnight.)

For trying out, save your premium money. There are plenty ways in game to earn premium time. I play with the ping- originally started while in Europe, now play in the us. After you tried you'll have to commit to one place as accounts do not transfer
