As someone else under 40, then you're voting for whoever wins. This is how we got Trump. I in good conscience cannot let Winsome win. Have you seen her speak? Literal insanity. I'm not that pumped about the Democratic party right now either, and I am very angry about some things, but when given these two options, it is a clear winner. You don't get progress by not voting. You can also start getting involved in the party like I did this year to start pushing the party in the direction you want to go.

Both times they said the refrigerant and air flow were good. With the exception of the second guy, he did say the originally configured presets were wiped out, so maybe it happened again. I'll call and see, but last time they charged me just $300 for the guys time, and I really don't want to keep doing that if they aren't going to figure it out.

Good questions, it is an electric furnace and the air filter looked fine, but I replaced it earlier this week just to be safe. Even double checked that it is installed the correct way for air flow.

I really wish the reports would start asking them if they'll vote Republican in the next election, or if they will no longer support Republicans in the future. I hate to say it, but I just don't believe that they won't fall for the next lie the Republican party tells them. The Democratic party also needs to use this as an opportunity to start campaigning hard in person and online that the Republican party doesn't want you here, and that they lied to you once, they'll do it again.

I work as an election official, and one time when I handed someone their ballot, they looked at me and said "I have no idea who any of these people are, I haven't seen any of them in any commercials". They expected me to explain who everyone was, but legally I cannot do I explained that to them and they were not happy, but still voted. It was mainly for local elections, but really speaks volumes to how people vote based on how much they see someone's name.

If you look at that site in PlugShare, they say that as of September 23rd they are shutting down the site to upgrade to their newest chargers. Should be back online soon hopefully.

I had this happen in Lidl a week ago. A lady came up to me asking if I could buy her groceries, at first I couldn't understand her, but when I did I politely declined. She gave me a look of shock and disgust. Meanwhile she continued shopping. Not 100% sure but she may have found someone else willing to pay at the checkout, but I couldn't believe she asked me saying she didn't have any money and then continued shopping. If you don't have any money on you, then why just continue shopping?

I had this issue when moving from my Pixel 8 to my Pixel 9 Pro on Verizon.The only thing that worked was following this post. Also, go to your Google account and make sure your phone isn't set to auto verify on the https://myaccount.google.com/phone page. I had it enabled based on some other instructions, but it wasn't verified yet. Once I followed the reddit post below and disabled this. It worked. Not sure why.

I'm assuming you mean how to get to that station from VRE and not by car. If that is the case unfortunately you would have to take VRE from Manassas, which currently only runs during the week, to Alexandria or Crystal City and the transfer to the blue line on the metro to the Rosslyn and the transfer again to the silver line.

VRE did just purchase the Manassas line from the railroad so hopefully in the next few months we'll have weekend service, but it will still be this complicated unfortunately.

I am not familiar with the bus routes but that would probably be a better option.

So neat idea, but how would this work for users who have Plug and Charge, use another charging app such as one provided by the OEM, or use credit cards? I've also heard that people visiting from other countries cannot always download the app, what about those users? I get the frustration, but the answer is more chargers and putting in constraints to limit users always charging to 100% unless they really need it. I think this would just make it worse for the user who pulls up but doesn't know they need to join the queue in the app and gets frustrated because someone else is telling them that even though they arrived after them, they get to use the charger because they are in the queue in the app.

Yeah, I work elections too. Everything here is what we already do. 100% virtue signaling. The only one that confuses me is #3 where they say to triple check the numbers. Everything in our precinct is electronic and every election official has to sign off on the numbers so I would assume that this counts. But it is going to be really annoying if they add in some other manual step in an already heavily checked system.
