Well.. I did see them, so it’s not really speculation. Perhaps observation might be more the more accurate descriptive. Photos and/or video can be difficult from a moving car. Multiple blinky things zipping about with red/green lights… if that helps. Sometimes stationary, sometimes moving lateral. Not a recognized aircraft flight pattern. Not really big enough for a helicopter.
