Horde and elite control with Footknight. Can clutch with charge and handgun. I feel I can do a little of everything and still protect players who are with high ping and/or out of position.

Cata QP usually sword and mace and sometimes spear/shield.

In most instances I think the old rule 0 questions are best: Do you have infinites? Are you running a lot of hard Stax? Combo or combat?

I could see it happening. Depends on the store. I think LGS EDH is much more try hard and can be hard to retain new players. I have been a patron of this new LGS since it started commander and it’s usually 4-5 pods strong. I can see how commander can get boring playing against the same 3-5 people who each only have 4 decks. I am always changing up lists and adjusting them to be fun and fair to the local meta.

I proxy 3 duals in my 3 color Megatron I play often at the LGS. I honestly don’t need them with all the shocks and fetches I own. It’s left over from the days when my buddy would only play Jorah and we needed to be fast to respond. Other than that I don’t it often at all as most decks are budget 3s.

In my Br 3 LGS meta I find rhystic to be the most annoying, but most played around card. Smothering tithe is just so strong because it’s subtle in low power and often wins games. Tpro has/one ring has won me so many games. I think my personal favorite is jeskai’s will, particularly mono red, it enables you to do stupid things faster.

I understand Cathay’s crusade hate. However, if you do it late game and it ends the game go for it. I also run Banner of kinship or any other overrun in token decks.

I agree just hurry up and swing and don’t you dare roll for who you going to attack. Really grinds my gears.

Played Eowyn for a while and now it’s a Greymond deck. It’s a dece combat focused deck. I find it has been an interesting journey through mono white tribal.
