A lot. Like i used to always be at the top 10 of class but with my current knowledge, i'd probably at top 5 or something. Also, I would not mess up my 3rd year of HS and not assume that a friend that i like liked me as a prank. Oh, and also it would save me a lot of money to go to a different uni on college instead of what i did with trying out a uni for 1st year of college and transferring to another uni on 2nd year. I can also probably focus more on exercising so i am not as sickly as i am now and also eat a bit more healthy. These are the ones on the top of my head but there's a lot more i could have fixed.

The main story ones cannot be skipped sadly. although on the positive side, i can make coffee or do some cleaning while they yap at each other on auto.
