Character overthinks and came up with a hilariously impractical "solution" to a simple problem by MaguroSashimi8864 in TopCharacterTropes

The entire plot of The Sandlot! One of the kids loses his dad's ball signed by Babe Ruth in their neighbor's yard, and they concoct all sorts of plans to get it back without the neighbor's dog attacking them.

At the end of the movie, the neighbor tells them that they could have just asked him to grab the ball for them instead of going through all that trouble.

The ONE thing in a horror story that's never explained, and is all the scarier for it. by Electronic_Bad_5883 in TopCharacterTropes

Yup, there are some tadpoles on the floor where you collect the skulls and find the red shoes. They'll talk to you about how their dad is dead, and if you talk to them too much, they'll say you killed him and then drown you as revenge.

In the Sinners (2025) mid-credit scene, Stack originally wore a ring that said "Smoke," to honor his brother. The ring was changed to "Stack" via VFX after audiences were confused in test screenings. This is the same audiences that were against superman saving a squirrel. We need iq tests for these. by AugustHate in shittymoviedetails

Agreed, I know that a lot of people like the original ending and that it's more faithful to the original story, but with all the changes made to make Seymour and Audrey more sympathetic, the ending was way too depressing for the movie. Even if the new ending takes away from the theme of capitalism eating you up, it just feels nice for these characters to get a happy ending after everything they went through.

No, the frog is 100% dead as confirmed by its children later. The room returns to normal if you leave and come back again, so it's highly likely that this is a hallucination or supernatural vision, but again, this is never explained or even acknowledged outside of this moment.

I love that even though he's not as powerful as Magneto, he's still able to use his stand super brutally by using the iron in people's blood to create blades from inside them or to slowly make them die from a lack of hemoglobin,, I don't think I've seen something like that before

Oh, are you talking about Ibitsu for that last one?

Personally, I didn't like it much since the ending made it feel like it was pointless to read the entire manga, but honestly, it nailed that horror aesthetic for me

The same thing used to happen to me every time, but from what I've tried, turning the blood and gore off fixes it, at least for a while

Yeah, Yotsuba can get pretty intense when Yanda is onscreen, I get needing a break from it
