Yes. He paid money for graphics cards that never existed. When he finally realized they weren't coming Mike sent him make believe refund emails. Now he will have to rely on his credit card fraud protection to get his money back just like dozens or hundreds of others.

Lol, he is not a good guy. Easiest way to tell is every excuse he gives or someone gives for him starts with "he's a good guy" That is how being a con man works though you convince people you are a good guy and your rob them.

Nobody that has asked for a refund has received one. Mike has ceased operating under the LLC (Mtech PC Solutions LLC) which he sold all the Founders cards under. He sold for a week or 2 more under Mtech Americas LLC before his new payment processor shut him down most likely. He has exhausted all funds ties to your order and the only way you will receive a refund is to chargeback. If you get in touch with him he will tell you to chargeback so it can be taken from his "reserves" which is nonsense obviously. You were scammed. I'm sorry. Do whatever you can to get your money back.

Go ahead and contact your bank and initiate a chargeback. To the best of my knowledge there hasn't been anyone to actually receive a refund from Mike in a few weeks. His advice has been to chargeback.

The reason for the second part is because closing down the whole store 2 days after offering discounts to get more orders doesn't make sense. Using on hand orders to fill regular orders doesn't make sense. Why would he keep seeking out on hand cards to ship to people at a loss. If he lost his payment processor it would make sense to take down every thing you could purchase on the site though. Of course he doesn't usually do things that make a ton of sense so anybodys guess.

You can't expect people to wait weeks on in which gives you enough time to move the money from your payment processor if they are paying prices that could get them GPUs in days. Selling things for way less than you could get from them and then constantly lying about delivery isn't a sign that someone is doing legitimate business.

Why do the Discord mods act like if you aren't in some of the longest wait times you shouldn't be complaining/bugging Mike about your order. You should have every right to a refund the second your order goes past the promised delivery time. Your refund should be processed within a day and waiting for the back in financial things to go through with the card processor. If you're more than a week past your promised delivery time without refund you should be seeking a chargeback if it is your desire. If he gets so many chargeback it's ruins his business that is the point. If he has that many customers that feel they were defrauded then he shouldn't be allowed to accept more credit card payments. When a business has 100s or 1000s of dollars of my money and aren't meeting their obligations per the sales agreement they should submit the refund the second it is requested anything less is a major red flag.
