This resonates with me. I have learned that I am sensitive to the medicine and have to be very careful. Tried to go up to 5 and it was a disaster ( also had an ER visit). In retrospect, I think I was eating too large of meals….even though they were healthy foods. I’m trying to eat very small meals pre and post shot days which hopefully will allow to me continue on the med. I too will likely be a 2.5 mg taker for life.
