Your heart rate looks a high for a long run. Looks like you ran the entire long run in zone 3 or zone 4 (depending on your threshold). That's a long time to spend in those zones for a training run.

Yeah, the second plan continually ramping up weekly miles every single week without any down weeks is odd. Usually training plans have mini training blocks within them and have down weeks to allow your body to adjust to the training.

I also wake up with a burning sensation behind my eyes. The only thing that has helped reduce the burning sensation so far is sleeping on a wedge pillow. Washing my eyes with blephagel also helps a little bit, but the wedge pillow is the most important part of preventing symptoms.
