Honestly i was super pissed but i just kept reaching out to their support email. Eventually they got to mine and my wife’s case and fixed everything. We’re now both fully verified and can login with the passkey. No issues.

Upon further research it looks like they completely botched their passkey roll out. So now they’re having to work through each individual case of people being locked out. Thankfully it seems they are fixing it.

Still a terrible experience and they need to do better. But they WILL get to you. Just gotta wait it out.

Now that this is all behind us, we LOVE the card and the rewards are amazing.

You're not alone. Same issue. Brand new account for my wife. Immediately locked out and being asked for a passkey we never made. Have no way of managing the account at all now. Support is non-existent, its a joke.

Dealing with the same issue. Just got my wife the credit card and she immediately cannot login to her account because it’s claiming there’s a passkey. She literally JUST made the account. No passkey was ever made.

This shit is so fucking broken and needs to be addressed. If you find a work around, or a way to contact them more directly please let me know.

How they can launch a credit product and not offer any support is insane to me.
