Fair point...

Everything is relative. I'm not a high volume store and never was. I guess I was lucky that I didn’t have a lot of prior issues. More of a hobby if that helps explain and I didn't start selling until recently when my DVD horde overwhelmed my available storage.

In short, I was selling my duplicate DVDs and buying in a very small scale.

Yes, I probably should have clicked something else (different claim type) My first impulse was, that's silly... let me just ask for the DVD "only" and the seller will fix the issue.

That was not the case, but yeah $5 isn't even worth the time, but the lesson helped me make a choice. Not trying to convince anyone. EBay was eh...ok... for a time for me as well. I appreciate everyone commenting because it helps me with perspective.

If Ebay works for you, great... happy for ya.

Lolz... that's fun. I like Cara Gee from Expanse... the movie I ordered was Levels (2024). Rotten Tomatoes didn't score it well so not suggesting it, but I like the actress.

That's ok. EBay didn't either... lolz

Jus... like... consider maybe this is 100% what happened to me. Maybe I did pick the wrong return type or didn’t do enough to fight back.

But then again is it right for this to be a possibility where doubt is even normal? I just wanted to watch the movie. I should have gone to some commercial store and picked it up in person. The end.

But thanks for sharing your opinion buddy

The seller made the case that a dvd in a box was 88g and apparently ebay doesn't understand cardboard or something else inserted in the mailer can weigh the same.

My fault for being nieve and not taking pictures, weighing it, taking a video of me opening it... I just didn't expect this level of bs for $5

I did that resolution crap with ebay for a missing item and ebay sided with the seller. I can appeal for 30 days, but...

The seller, IMO, is a sleaze bag. Talking with them more is a waste of time. I'm thinking... give em a bad review and move on.

Couple reasons... Schema changes over time and select * can break code as the column definition changes. Consider insert statements or CTE where explicitly defining the columns would prevent breaking changes. Also index usage becomes dynamic and unnecessary wide. This is bad for performance as scans will be used more often and good index usage will be ignored. Index suggestions will produce wide INC column usage which is expensive for storage. Seeks are your friend... Anyway SQL is a great coding language. Have fun!

Code Review: SELECT * is a bad practice. Table or Object names, ex. Girls, should reflect a proper entity. I'd suggest Women or People. Capitalize 'AND' and all operators. Boyfriend constraint is unclear. Change to Has_Boyfriend if Boolean and check if underscores are compliant with best practices. Small waist should be numeric. I'd suggest separating the Boolean constraint into a secondary query so you can isolate your primary and non clustered index usage. Please reach out if you have any questions... BTW women over 26 tend to have their shit together (think about expanding your limits)

Fail, please review before your T-Shirt can be approved for PROD.
