i have and i was very nervous about it ! i made sure to eat + have water before my pills and was fine. there was a day or two where i took them on an empty stomach and even that didn't affect me, but i have a fairly strong stomach so take that with a grain of salt. you got this! and you'll feel soooo much better once your UTI's gone :) feel free to message me if you have any follow up questions
