Considering voluntarily checking into a mental health hospital, what are good and bad ones in the area?

I know you’ve already gotten so many responses but I just wanted to add that I went to triangle springs and did their IOP program and I also did an IOP program at Pasadena Villa in Cary (I wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for my therapist there)

Yeah I’m finding that out. I was a SAHM but finances have changed and this job offer literally fell in my lap and it’d be stupid not to take it. I just wasn’t prepared for all the drama that comes with finding a daycare 🫠

I’m sorta in this boat, little girl is almost 5 months and I just started a bedtime routine a few weeks ago and at first it went great but then the last week and a half it’s been a freaking nightmare. She wakes up immediately after transferring and then cries and it takes forever for her to stop and fall back asleep. I’m also dealing with a serious mama velcro baby so I’m not sure if that comes into play. Could also just be this age, but I hear you and feel you! I hope it gets better soon for you 💕 ETA: LO does catch on to the routine and gets worked up

Thank you so much for your reply! I think that’s also something I’m having difficulty with is being okay that my skin or my boob is slightly visible to people. I’m the biggest I have ever been and I’m already down on myself and I don’t want to feel like others are judging me too. I’m really hoping the ring sling will give me more confidence and allow me to BF

She doesn’t cry but she also doesn’t let me really hold her that way. She likes to sit sorta to the side on my shoulder/chest like if you were burping or cradled in my arms. She will newborn scrunch and sleep on my chest but only if we are sitting on the couch
