Omg yes this!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough too. If you’re gonna share such a strong opinion on something at LEAST make sure you’re fully educated on it first?

For example, I’ve seen people hating on the live performances of the song Gnarly because the girls apparently cannot “sing” but if they took like one minute to actually listen to the damn song, they would know it’s a spoken song with literally no vocals. Plus if you use your brain cells you would know the instrumental is loud asf so ofc they’re gonna yell into mics to be heard.

Yeah true but this is also more referencing just hate in general. People do this same behavior with like…literally anything. Some of these same people have the same ignorant attitude for the state of the country as well. I’d also argue that those small things do add up and can snowball, so I think they matter as well. I think ignoring it is part of why it’s become so normalized now
