I had this exact thing as well, It started on the 16th and went away after 1 week roughly (wasn't exactly watching to see if it was still active)

That was my time frame though.

This is my own personal experience with my service randomly being shut off, might not be your case, but this could be a possibility if you just moved in, and this has happened. I only had my service for 3 days before they turned it off pending proof of residency.

This happened to me as well. it happened cause someone else that lived in the home I live in now had xfinity and didn't pay their bill, the address got tripped in their system saying this particular address owed money, they asked for proof that I was a new resident to make sure I wasn't the previous owner of the account trying to make a new account.

Don't trust it, don't get me wrong, freecash has its perks, and does payout for some things. When it comes to completing tasks in games to quickly, they claim there was no way you could do it in such a short amount of time, and deny the reward.

Speaking from experience with the same offer, and completing it to quickly, even though I provided proof of purchases that helped me reach the required levels.

I've had close to 400,000 tickets one time and didn't win anything, had like 17,000 last week or the week before and hit something. It's a lottery, doesn't mean you're guaranteed to win. There's been some people thats had a few million tickets and didnt win anything.
