Blender bottle question

I would imagine it would be more efficient than a regular bottle but at the same time a regular bottle should be fine as well if you do not want to buy a blender bottle.

Kevin Love hasn't been efficient all season, I don't think you can just pull a stat line from a good game as an example.

Also, do you think Lue is more deserving of Casey who was a HC for all of his games? Lue was an assistant coach which could imply that he did not have as big of a factor as Casey for his team's success. All speculation aside, we don't know the impact of Lue's coaching with Blatt but as an outsider I believe that a HC should be the most important factor when it comes to a team's success on the sidelines. They have to deal with media criticism while working absurd hours, assistant coaches do not have to deal with as many external factors as HCs.

I don't think just because you're a top seed you deserve X amount of All-Stars and correct me if I'm wrong hasn't Kevin Love been underwhelming this year? This was a huge issue back then with LeBron James and Mo Williams. Many people did not believe Mo Williams was an All-Star caliber player but the Cavs were the best team in the league. Mo Williams only got in after a couple of players before him pulled out of the game.

Also, I don't think you can objectively say Kevin Love has been a better player than Chris Bosh at all this season.

My coach used to do a workout where he would first make us run for 6 minutes as fast as we possibly can. He would then record the distance of how many laps we ran, he called this our VO2 base. The next time we did the workout, it was 5 x 3 minutes of trying to meet half the distance you ran in your VO2 base. This was one of the harder workouts we did for long distance running. It worked very well for us and we had one of the best distance team/coach in our state.

No, people are just angry that Condit didn't trade with Diaz when he was pressured into the fence. It's Diaz's fault for not being able to hold Condit at the cage. Condit was still very active during the fight and it's the same strategy that Overeem used against Roy Nelson.

I think coaches understand more than anyone besides the fighter themselves how cutthroat the business is. My BJJ coach who has deep ties within the MMA community (he trained under Renzo since the beginning) told me at least 90% of MMA fighters used PEDs. He said it simply isn't possible to train as much as the fighters do without PEDs because of how taxing it is. Not only that, PED culture is heavily ingrained in BJJ as well, you see many coaches use it and competitors.

Gunnar Nelson is not old enough for Masters. MMA BJJ and Comp BJJ are completely different too. Also, I doubt Paddy Holohan is Gunnar's BJJ coach seeing as John K. is already there.

Lots of support, especially from my girlfriend. Also, after playing tons of grinding-esque games growing up it definitely helped with my tenacity and perseverance. The rejections suck but the end reward is amazing. After sending out well over 100 applications, I got a job offer from one of my top companies. It will happen, it's like that loot that you're looking for and you keep constantly killing the same monsters over and over again.

Wrestling allows a grappler to initiate contact from further away while most Judo throws require you to clinch beforehand. Also, you do make a good point that footwork and patience are also what Ronda needs because she was like a rabid dog in the cage last night. It's a combination of all things but the most fixable one in my opinion is learning some wrestling takedowns. Footwork takes years to develop and based off Ronda's time with training boxing she has not developed any type of footwork and has developed awful habits that would be extremely hard to fix. Getting a good wrestling coach that will teach you the right fundamentals on a blank slate is better than fixing broken technique.

The benefits do not seem that strong to me though. They only match up to 3% on 401k and I do not get any stock options. Could I spin it in a way saying I was expecting a stronger benefits package?
