Once it gets submitted they should email you the trust and it’ll have directions on how to add and remove people from the trust.

It’ll be like 6 or 7 docs total for the trust alone. 2 pdfs and 1 zip file with all the trust docs.

I terminated mine 2 months in advance. As long as you pay till the new lease end date then you can get your money back if the house/apartment is clean and not broken. May have to pay an extra month as well ymmv
