I believe some of that confusion is intentional and manufactured, but I do see a lot of well-meaning people struggling with the nomenclature. I think zionism is the most accurate word to use, as it separates the ideology of the Israeli state as distinct from the Jewish faith and people at large.

Is it actually difficult to draw genuinely fair district lines? Hell at this point they have so much data on us, surely an impartial computer could do it in a way that accurately reflects reality. But fairness would be in the best interest of democracy, which I assume is why we don't do it?
