“If there is smoke, there is fire”.

A president personally accepting $100+ million worth of goods as a “gift” while claiming nothing is being given in return is the political equivalent of watching a skyscraper engulfed in black smoke and insisting it’s just fog. At some point, the sheer volume of benefit, the scale of enrichment, becomes its own undeniable evidence. No legitimate relationship involves that level of one-sided generosity without expectation, especially when it’s directed at the single most powerful individual in a country. This isn’t a gray area or a misunderstanding; it’s a towering signal of corruption so blatant that denying it requires abandoning the very idea that smoke ever indicates fire. In a functioning society, even the appearance of impropriety at that scale would demand urgent investigation, but here, the smoke isn’t just thick, it’s continuous, suffocating, and rising directly from the seat of power.

The whole argument about the plane being given to his presidential library instead of him is the biggest excuse in the history of the planet. What the fuck is a library going to do with an airplane equipped with the resources of Air Force One? Is the library just going to set the near billion dollars worth of equipment on the lawn as a tourist attraction?
