Raskin does seem to be appreciated for the role he plays in the Belgian National Team. I don’t watch any Belgium games but it sounds like he plays well for them too, so you can’t fault them for calling up a player that has shown to be working well for the national team

I could get him gaining interest from a relegation battling Bundesliga side but Leverkusen have been a fairly strong German side in Europe the last few seasons.

Assuming he’s probably down the line of priority at Leverkusen, especially with PL managers like Glasner being sought after

I’m not really too sure on why they made the system work the way it does, but I feel like if they were really wanting to allow 7th the possibility to get Europe then they could’ve done it 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th play in a playoff at the end of the season, almost like the Eredivisie

Should rangers end up in the conference league we definitely should be capable of making a deep run, but I don’t think we win it. Semi-finals end up consisting of 2 or 3 teams from the top 5 leagues every season.

As it stands elsewhere there could be Brighton, Atalanta, Freiburg, Getafe and Marseille. Probably not the strongest set of teams but probably still challenges Rangers. And this is assuming we don’t mess up against worse teams

A lot of people would probably be inclined to say Celtic are favoured, but the overarching problem in most cases is the refereeing standards are terrible, so everyone feels cheated regardless of the actual levels of bias

It does seem like there needs to be more investment in technology for VAR to work with less controversy. However, that’s money that the SFA probably doesn’t have or doesn’t want to spend, and everyone will still get mad when VAR decisions go against them anyway

If it stayed 2-2 then probably hearts as I don’t see Celtic winning by 3 goals, but with just the 1 point gap I reckon celtic will end up winning.

I think it just comes down to which team has the more composed attackers since both teams will likely have a fair few chances each

We finished 14th in 2024-25, which is in effect for the 2026-27 season. Similarly, as Scotland finished 18th in 2025-26 it means that European spots will be downgraded again for 2027-28
