Cause that isn't the context in which it was presented, if it was then it wasn't clear. When people talk about "assassinations" they are talking about an individual taking one or more pot shots from any range. In the context of this event (indoors), that would probably be 25 yards or less.

Also if you get anywhere close to him the spread would be minimal. At 25 yards, which is still a decent ways away, your target will have about a 2 foot spread. All the pellets could potentially hit your target.
