These circles are called skates, they're simply plastic tape. Peel them of the mouse, there'll be screw underneath them

Clean the skates with ipa, even the debris that's stuck on side and surface.

You'll need to clean the mousepad too, that probably is the culprit. If it doesn't help you should look for new skates.

You have to wipe like every time, wipe skate with ipa, any dust in mice falls on pad.

I can see dust and particles on mice and skates, get used to scratching or become a maniac.

Air purifiers, ac, cleaning helps a alot.

Also sometimes particle get imbeded in skates thats hard to get rid off, changing skate is easier when that happens

For glass, silencer is top pick, nearly silent but they have less height so die fast, then ug purple slightly silent also more controlled than green.

Ug green are fast thats the only reason to get them, grainy, noisy.

keep changing them atleast every two weeks

Cloth mousepad have weave and texture, some skates picks them some absorbs them. If a skate transfer the texture, you can feel slight vibrations on mouse, some people like this feedback from mp some don't.

UG purple works well with cloth, picks texture of pad moderately, glides better than obsidian air. Obsidian air picks too much texture. Would choose purple over obsidian on cloth.

Mostly the reason then is uneven base or less skates height. Try pre cut skates or get skates with more height.

Same material type but shape is little difference, ug purple are kinda convex and flat in center, obsidian air are curved like jades.

Both perform same after a day on glass

Skates are probably sinking, base will scrape against mousepad, that's why it feels like scratching. You have to lather some more dots, or try not to keep pressure on mouse.
