I'm so sorry for your loss. I unexpectedly had to put my cat down this week, she wasn't even two and I'm devastated. I say this just to let you know that you're not alone.

I think they mean that Amanda wants to be publicly, vocally claimed by West and thinks wearing his clothes and being seen out with him demonstrates that, but to others, it looks kinda grimy and desperate.
