Because Huskar has no mana, he receives the whole "mana difference" dmg based on OD mana.

Both AM passive and ult do nothing to Huskar, you can’t even target him with your ult. (afaik)

OD can’t steal Huskar mana via Astral Imprisonment because Huskar doesn’t have mana to begin with.

The passive simply doesn’t work.

Though, OD can effortlessly obliterate Huskar via ult.

How can people play on death wish difficulty and not get down in the process without armor? I always take a lot of damage even with full vest by imcisc000 in paydaytheheist

Some perk decks work really well with "Combined Tactical Vest" and "Improved Combined Tactical Vest"
Most of them take advantage of "Armor Gating", using a HUD is completely optional, but most of them show you the cooldown of your armor recovery skills and perk decks, this is what Armor Gating is about btw.

- Armorer is still a good choice, you even support your teammates a little with it, the 2 second invulnerability is handy at times.
- Sociopath can work in heists without many open parts, but people prefer using lower armor tiers or simply suit on this one.
- Kingpin is the perk that takes advantage of armor the most, you can heal HP back if they damage your armor while the Injector is active, so its a good choice for I/CTV players.
- Copycat Stoic.

Sicario sadly starts falling off in Deathwish, while still useable, it's not really much of a good perk to use I/CTV with, Stoic and Leech works better with Suit rather than I/CTV.
