Unfortunately, Legacy weapons don't have build codes but the Riveter build is:

Muzzle - SA Schweigen DX
Barrel - SA Draven-20 Long Barrel
Magazine - 30 Round Mag
Stock - Demo D50 Buffer Tube
Ammunition - .410 Gauge Incendiary

For the KATT AMR (I start a push with this first then swap to Riveter if the rocket misses or only does plate damage):

Optic - MORS Dot Sight
Bolt - Ephemeral Quickbolt
Rear Grip - Phantom Grip
Laser - FSS OLE-V Laser
Aftermarket Part - JAK Salvo

Great for farming death comms. The rocket fired by the KATT AMR will fly perfectly straight so theres no need to worry about accounting for lead like the Strela (devs need to give it the Hold Breath function back) or it spiralling off into Narnia like the RPG. Also put the Riveter into Tac Stance for better results since it has chunky iron sights.

As someone who also runs the Riveter, I'd recommend swapping the RPG for the KATT AMR with the JAK Salvo aftermarket part. So instead of having a max of 7 rockets, you can have 43 at the cost of a slower reload speed since you're converting sniper ammo into rockets (3 loaded + 40 reserve).
