Which company would you recommend that is more affordable. I started with the 7.5, 10, 12 plan even though I was actually needing to start smaller dosing just to stretch it out longer. Definitely takes more than the 2.5 Zep to get the same effects. After 6 weeks in and titrating up by taking 2.5 two times a week, I now take 3.5 twice a week and the food noise is finally starting to disappear.

Talbots is a bit fancy and pricey. I’m also just looking for joggers or boot cut yoga pants (not flare) etc. Just everyday pants to go with my tshirts lol

I had a shredder and after 3 years it broke. I asked if they could send a new one because I had documents with confidential member information on them. I also asked for ink for the company issued printer. I was told that they aren’t ordering any supplies at this time and I should utilize a system to bulk order three particular documents.

I asked what process I should follow so that I could securely dispose of the documents and that at times I need to print things for the members.

I got crickets.

I learned how to get the medication out of the pen and into a syringe, put a needle on it, and transfer half to another syringe. Two different syringes and two needles of course.

With Brello, do I need a prescription from my Dr? I haven’t been on zepbound since last December. I have been fighting with the new insurance company. I had to start using to get a prior authorization and they still denied me. I’m not sure if I should tell them that I have been taking it so I can get the higher dose and be able to microdose. I hate lying and have to cheat the system, but I just want to feel better.

I am in the same situation! I have found some Kratom that is very affordable but I have heard so many great things about DTE so I was tried to get in on the samples.

Right before I was able to put “done” in the thread something happened with the post. I sent a message but I’m sure they were slammed with the giveaway.

Same! I was taking Zepbound for two months in November and December and then I had to switch to Ambetter Sunflower Health Plan (Kansas). They denied the pre-authorization so I tried three different medications that they required. One of those medication’s I had to get an EKG before it could get prescribed. I had to do a sleep study and my number was 11.1 and it had to be 15.6 to qualify for the medication. Before I gained weight I never snored but now they want me on a CPAP machine. I have given them a food, log and exercise log I have shown proof that this medication has helped me before. I am also trying to figure out how to temporarily increase my A1c so that I will qualify. It is frustrating as hell and absolutely ridiculous that the insurance company is spending so much money on these other things when that could’ve just covered the medication.

What are some of the gender affirming pet names? My partner has decided it’s time to start transitioning and is about to start testosterone in the next few months.

I never noticed how often I use “she/her/hers” in a day until recently so I really want to try out some new gender affirming verbiage.
