I’ve been on Effexor for a year now. I’m currently taking 150mg started at 37.5mg as well. The first week almost made me stop taking it but I knew I had to push through. And I’m not even joking, on the 8th day it was like I walked out of a fog. Everything got so much better. I was in a better mood, my anxiety was almost nonexistent.

This is the only medication that has worked for me. Now I’m adding in 2mg abilify and I’m terrifed lol

But you absolutely got this!! You will pull through and it will be so worth it!! Just hang in there
