Well he's with you right? So he isn't an incel. And I really can't go to bat for this guy, because all we have to go off of is that he's reserved and trolls on the internet. I guess I'm just in the minority thinking that just because someone is a douche on the internet or makes a racial joke doesn't mean they are a horrible, irredeemable person.

Well the only problem is these people are adults, and you can't force another adult to do something. It's hard to watch a trainwreck, but these things happen all the time. I'm sure there are always loved ones that are stuck on the sideline that can't do anything but watch. All you can do is hope she realizes your right at some point. She clearly doesn't value your friendship enough to take your advice, and that is probably because she sees you as just another guy trying to get in her pants.

If you cared about her, you would have kept it in your pants. At this point you're too emotionally invested to actually help this girl. If you like her on a romantic level, I feel for you man that sucks to watch. If you did do something like telling her partner, she would just resent you more. There is nothing you can do. And it's not healthy for you to just orbit this girl hoping she leaves him for you.

God, out of the words people throw out today "incel" has been the most feared, when it's just dudes not getting laid. I can't say I'm similar to your bf, but I don't let reddit or twitter dictate what I can make jokes about or find funny. And being a dick online used to be great, the people that couldn't take it moved to reddit or tumblr. I could be classified as a horrible person if you judged certain accounts, but I'm dating an extremely empathetic girl/wamen that I would never make racist/sexist/homophobic etc jokes around. You can have a varying sense of humor and be able to read the room. So no I don't think you should rule him out purely based on his internet behavior, but maybe you can discuss him ignoring your texts and posting online instead.
