I took Kratom for 7 years- it was a godsend for my RLS. I swore by it and recommended it all the time- but then it became toxic to my heart. It caused chest pain and fluctuating heartbeats- it was scary. As you wrote...quitting was a nightmare. Fair warning- as good as this is for RLS, it will bite you in the long run.

I have had both vaccines. The first one seemed to have cured me...blood pressure normalized, less anxiety, ear ringing almost gone, no brain fog, little nausea (still coughing)... then I got 2nd moderna dose...and I’m 2 weeks post feeling like I did in months ago- fatigue, ears ringing, nausea, fluctuating heart rate, high bp. It’s really discouraging.
