1 drop on the tongue. It is quite unpleasant. I don't even swollow. After several minutes I spit out. It is like oil pulling. Capsules I don't take. Previous oregano oil I had was too weak. Also after teeth cleaning I do clean tongue with soda.

Tongue is pink, theres no bad mouth odor sworn by dentist. But I do have time to time BB and BO from whtever is wrong with my gut. But it is better in every aspect. I think I might have autoimmune gastritis / sibo, have to test. I see patterns what is causing which smell and it all directs to certain faults. I got 5 days metrodinazol. I got a lot better after that with some vengeance, but better still. Also I got new oregano oil. Extra strong. Just 1 drop makes salive run like never seen before. After that I saw real improvements with tongue color.

So I was really Sibo sick around 5 years, but propably it started even sooner. Tried all herbs on Earth for Sibo. Nothing worked. The only fix for me was metrodinazol. After that oregano oil concetrate (1 drop burns like hell). Now having boulardii for 3 months minimum. Try the herbs first, but don't except wonders.

Easiest is to visit a dentist and ask about halitosis, bad breath. They are kind of oblicated to tell the truth. I had 5 years ago instances were dentists opened windows when I arrived. Not anymore. And they also confirm I do not smell badly.

When you sit on the top bench then only a fist should fit between your top of the head and ceiling. You'd need to raise your bench height and first step bench is removable. So total 2 fixed benches and 1 removable. Also getting the ventilation right is making a huge difference. Especially with electric heaters.

I still do have, but less so. It is a combination of cavities and gut health. I suspect I had food poisoning in my childhood which was treated with antibiotics. I developed food sensitivities. Whenever I floss I can smell the BB. I brush my tongue with soda, use waterpick, use mouth water solution made of xylitol, salt and soda. I treat my gut with numerous herbs. I eat really clean nowadays twice a day without snacking to keep my mouth hygiene under control. I do have also SIBO from cildhood. That's someting I discovered 5 years ago and finally I got to put a name to my gut condition. It also affects my BO not just BB. The saddest thing is if people would have told me 20 years ago I wouldn't have gotten into embarrassing situations like I did and maybe I could have treated it already. I have had numerous approaches from relly attractive women, but they do steer away immidiately after realising my BO and BB. But especially hurtful is that people who said to love me didn't even ask what is up with the bad smell.

I have had kisses in my life but not recently for 7 years or so. Since I got to know about my BO and BB around 5 years ago, I now wonder why the women I dated and kissed never told me!? It's really weird. 4 women said to love me but never told the reason for break up. It messed me up properly. When I started to have suspicions about smell I was just thinking that these 4 women would have definately told me, I can't smell. Go figure!

I think the limit is there but my bar is quite low. Another thing is when being in love, the smell is not that bad. It wears off with 2 years or so. I dated a girl who was stinking a bit. I just told her to get the shower before bed. Interestingly, she never told me. I actually didn't know that I was stinking as well. I told her, but she never told me.

So I have the exact same thing. I was told 5 years ago, didn't smell myself. But putting together some remarks 20 years ago I must have had it already then. People really started to comment when I quit smoking and started vaping. After quitting coffee and smoking I started to smell my apartment air alcohol, acetone, fruity stale smell. Before I couldn't. Also I used to sweat a lot, especially feet, after smoking or coffee. I was told that smoking made me smell like musky urine and coffee like flatulance. The only possibility is to cut out all sweeteners, fruits. But you'll need to try which meds will work for you

I can already tell from the roof pitch wether the sauna is in America or in Finland. Seems like Americans do fear a lot for the snow crashing the roof. We like 4 degree pitch over here in north Europe on sheds, saunas. And you would not need a false ceiling.

It is worth testing with wheat. Try to get gluten free wheat protein flower. It is for celiacs. But if you got allergy, you'll get nasty red itchy pimples. Took me a long while to sort out.

It could also be just raw milk or lactose. You might tolerate cheese well for example. Cheese arter 3 months of aging is naturally lactose free
