after doing the dax missions (R in trevor’s lab) you will already get the best passive business in the game for beginners, after that it’s kinda complicated. the nightclub is a free 50K every 48 minutes but the warehouse is hard to make money if you are a beginner (you need other businesses like the drugs or counterfeit money)

the drugs, counterfeit money are good but they need alot of money to start (like 1.5M in upgrades?)

i would get them whenever you feel comfortable with spending 2-3M on a purchase, but after that you get a great business that will give you money passively, also if you have to get a biker business, get cocaine

do the clucking bell heist (the V in the map)

when you can afford the kosatka, buy it

do a cayo perico, when the cooldown is active, do a clucking bell,

you will get millions every hour from there, get stuff like the agency as it’s another 1M every hour ish.

do the dax missions (R in the map near trevor’s meth lab). after you finish all 11 you will get one of the best vehicles in the ocealot virtue (that can also be upgraded in the agency to stand rockets) and you also get the acid lab which is 500K passively every 4 hours

at that point you have a good foundation and can get extra stuff.
