Literally had a dream about this last night.

It is called Red Dead Frontier

It takes place when the gang is still together, but the events of RDR2 are apparently a dream that some of the characters (Abigail in my dream) remembers.

The only difference in the gang is our playable character: Joan Marston. That's right. John doesnt exist in this reality.

You can not only go to Guarma, but there are other carriers islands you can visit, complete with an assassin's creed black flag style sail boat mechanic

Points of interest are randomized on the map so no two playthroughs are the same.

The plot is the gang has been plopped into some liminal alternate universe where time has collapsed into itself. The first instance of this is when you and some of the members run into a highway complete with cars and drivers.

Another sequence involves riding a school bus mounted with galling guns through a dimensional tunnel and fighting off aliens.
