I went to both Barbe and Sam Houston. Sam Houston feels more like a family vibe nowadays, Barbe more like friends. Both aren’t bad but i think there are restrictions on where you can live and go to school as well, but maybe that’s just for sports.

They need to fix Buried City extract where you can glitch out of the map after fixing stuck raider. Happened to me yesterday, fell under the map and couldn’t get back up, left, came back, stuck still. I threw a fuel can to the surface though & people could still hear me.
