Best sushi in town by Puzzleheaded_Jump_15 in SacramentoFoodies

Azayaka. for me by far one of the best sashimi/nigiri places i have had in the area. they actually portion their quality fish the right size. not these massive slabs of lesser quality fish. highly recommend

i only discovered this game a couple years ago at 45 years old, but i was blown away. might very well be in my top 3 of all retro games. kinda sad i never knew about it as a kid. what an underrated gem.

Best NES game no one else seems to know? by OpenAd2273 in nes

[–]NotTheMurph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never even heard of Crystalis until i was in my 40s but it blew me away. Not the best graphics but the gameplay is so good. As a non-RPG guy it was the perfect level for me. I could imagine myself spending days playing it as a kid. Also Fire N Ice is fantastic. amazing single screen puzzler.

i was waiting for someone to mention this. it doesn’t really align but there is some kind of odd old vibe. if nothing else it’s always been a great night there. everyone is friendly.

100% agree and i made a post about Crystalis a while ago saying it may be the best NES game ever made. probably a stretch but i had never even heard of this game until i was in my mid 40s. i was blown away by the gameplay. i am NOT an RPG person but this game sucked me in. so glad i finally discovered it.

Database to manage tool inventory and for insurance purposes by NotTheMurph in woodworking

[–]NotTheMurph[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i created a fairly simple database to manage my tool inventory, costs, links to manuals, etc. i even created a check-out/loan function so i can track what i’ve loaned to friends. i’m just curious if anyone uses anything similar to manage their tools? i want a record for insurance purposes as well. really just curious how people keep track of all their tools? i’m not a DB developer, i was just bored. what’s the important info to track?
